Returns & Refund

 

My Health Addiction offers flexible returns for customers - however please choose carefully as returns are not available for change of mind. 

We will happily accept a return if it meets the following conditions 

  1. If the items you received are faulty, damaged or the wrong product is received. 

    Returns process: 
  • The items for return must be received back to My Health Addiction HQ within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Please email us prior to returning products via carl@myhealthaddiction.com.au and include your Order Number, item description and a brief reason to why you are returning the products. We will then provide the return address. 
  • Once  the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product, provide a credit note or send a replacement.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on products that were ordered as a part of any promotion (promo codes included) or sale. 

We also will not accept back products for return that are opened or unsealed or show signs off use. 


Important information: 
Please take care when sending your items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always reccomend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
